PRODUCT DETAILS

Akvemtek High Temperature Resistant Valves are manufactured from specially designed strong materials and usually contain metal alloys or ceramic materials. The valve's special materials and sealing systems provide resistance to high temperature conditions, thus enabling safe and efficient operation.

Akvemtek High Temperature Valves include different products such as ball valve, butterfly valve, globe valve, gate valve, check valve, by-pass valve. Graphite technology used in the valve for high temperature is very important; at this point, we prefer to use German and Italian origin brands in our products.

The internal parts of High Temperature Valves should not melt at high temperature values. In this context, sealing is provided as metal-to-metal. In order for the two metal sealing elements to work under high temperature for a long time; we apply different types of coatings developed by Akvemtek to the internal parts according to fluid type, pressure and temperature values. Our most prominent coating types are Stellite, Chrome Carbide, Tungsten Carbide (Wolfram Carbide), Nickel Alloy Tungsten Carbide, Chrome-Oxide, Titanium Dioxide coatings.

Nickel Alloys (Inconel 600, 625; Hastelloy B, B-2, B3, C276, C-22, C-4, G; Incoloy 800, 800H, 825; Monel 400, K500; Nickel 200, 201), Duplex Stainless Alloys (C95800, C95500, C95400, C63200), AISI 304, AISI 316 or Ceramic Coated products are preferred for High Temperature Valves.

Akvemtek Engineering; with its Tubitak Projects; the most challenging part of the valves that can operate at high temperature; has also worked on the optimum rotation torque force with many mathematical models to apply both zero sealing and low rotation force. Today, we are still continuing our intensive R&D studies on valves that can operate above the current limits.

Akvemtek High Temperature Valve is designed and manufactured to adapt to difficult operating conditions in terms of thermal expansion and fatigue resistance. The high temperature valve includes special compensation structures and adaptive seal systems to cope with expansion stresses caused by sudden temperature changes. In addition, the materials used in the body and internal parts of the high temperature valve are carefully selected from special alloy materials that provide high elasticity and strength. Dual-phase components that develop resistance against slipping or shrinkage are used in the connection elements to reduce the effects of thermal stress.

The coatings applied to the internal parts of the high temperature valve not only increase wear resistance, but also help maintain the structural integrity of the material against thermal shocks. Smooth coating techniques are applied on the surface of the high temperature valve to prevent micro cracks that may occur due to temperature differences. In this way, the high temperature valve continues to show high performance even under sudden stop and start conditions frequently experienced in industrial processes. Akvemtek offers solutions that will keep the maintenance requirement of the high temperature valve it designs and manufactures at a minimum level. All the technical information listed above varies according to the feature of the high temperature valve. In other words; When the valve type is spherical, the internal parts and material types applied may be different from those applied to butterfly valves. The same applies to the coatings applied to the material surfaces of these valves that can operate at high temperatures.
