Plug Valves; ANSI, DIN, BS and JIS norms; chemical, cement, petroleum, gas, natural gas, mining, steel and energy sectors by producing products suitable for different applications in fast and high quality.
Akvemtek Plug Valve products include many material options such as steel, stainless steel, nickel alloy, titanium, Inconel. Plug Valves have a different structure than ball valves. While the conical rotating cylinder in the middle part allows a high volume of fluid to pass through; sealed teflon or similar element; Since it can tightly wrap the entire structure, it has a structure that can maintain the sealing level even at high pressure values.

In Plug Valves; Depending on the area of use, PTFE, R-PTFE, Viton, PEEK bearing products are preferred. Plug Valves do not have designs or production methods for use at high temperatures.
Akvemtek Plug Valves are divided according to lubricated and oil-free operation features. While the design standard is EN-12516, ISO 17292, ANSI B16.34, API6D; face to face standard can be designed according to EN558, ANSI B16.10 or special size request. In connection flange; we can help with EN 1092-1 & EN 1092-2, ANSI B16.5, B16.47 standards. Connection standard for valve top flange is ISO 5211. Our products can be controlled with world standards API 598, ANSI FCI 70-2 as well as ISO 5208. In these tests; our products can be delivered with zero leakage.
