Ball valves are mechanical products that allow or prevent the flow of fluid, that is, they are on-off mechanical products. These valves can have different types of features according to the connection type or design structure. Wafer Type (monoblock) valves can be summarized as a compact type ball valve. It can be mounted tightly between two flanges like a sandwich or it can be mounted with flange connections on the body.
Wafer type valves can be produced from solid or forged material as well as cast material depending on the place of use. As with other valves; this product can also be produced with different types of materials. Since the valve L length is short; it can be advantageous both in terms of cost and the area it occupies.
In Wafer-Compact type ball valves; in addition to different types of sealing elements such as graphite, PTFE, PEEK, Delrin, Nylon; metal-to-metal sealing system can also be designed and manufactured.

Wafer type ball valves can be produced in floating, trunnion, full bore or half bore; one piece form. Design standards are EN-12516, ISO 17292, ANSI B16.34, API6D; while face to face standard is EN558, ANSI B16.10 or special dimension request. In connection flange; we can help with EN 1092-1 & EN 1092-2, ANSI B16.5, B16.47 standards. Connection standard for valve top flange is ISO 5211. The test standard can be EN 12266, API598 or ISO 5208. Fire safety is ensured by designs made according to API607, API6FA and ISO 10497 standards.
