Some valve operating conditions have highly abrasive fluids. In the working environment where this fluid is present; Chrome Carbide or Tungsten Carbide coatings on the inner walls of the valve may be insufficient. In such operating environments; valves with ceramic coating on the entire inner surface of the valve may be more suitable. In these products, which are more costly than other valves, the suitability of the use of ceramic material can be determined after taking data such as fluid flow rate, pressure class and making calculations by us to determine whether there is turbulence in the fluid.
