PTFE Lined Ball Valve is a type of valve that is coated with a special material commonly known as PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) or teflon.
PTFE has properties such as chemical resistance, low coefficient of friction and high temperature resistance. The way these valves work is based on typical ball valve principles, i.e. allowing flow in the open state and blocking flow in the closed state.
PTFE coating coats the inside of the valve, providing resistance to abrasion and chemical protection. PTFE lined ball valves are commonly used in chemical processes, petrochemical industry and applications where acids and aggressive chemicals are present.

PTFE Teflon Lined Ball Valves; floating, trunnion, full bore or half bore; can be produced in two or three piece form.Design standards are EN-12516, ISO 17292, ANSI B16.34, API6D, while face to face standards are EN558, ANSI B16.10 or special dimension requests.
In connection flange; we can help with EN 1092-1 & EN 1092-2, ANSI B16.5, B16.47 standards.Connection standard for valve top flange is ISO 5211. Our products can be controlled with world standards API 598, ANSI FCI 70-2 as well as ISO 5208.
In these tests, according to your request, our products can be delivered in accordance with class A with class C sealing or zero sealing. Fire safety is ensured by designs made according to API607, API6FA and ISO 10497 standards.
