Akvemtek High Performance Globe Valves are preferred especially for controlling fluid flow rate in processes. In standard globe valves, the outer body material can be made of cast steel or stainless steel; internal components may vary depending on the fluid type.
High Performance Globe Valves are designed and used as metal-to-metal sealing. Although stellite coating is mainly used in the seat part; different types of coatings can be used depending on the process and fluid.
Designs of Akvemtek High Performance Globe Valves are BS 6364, EN 12516, ISO 17292, ANSI B16.34, API6D; while face to face standard can be designed according to EN558, ANSI B16.10 or special size request. In connection flange; we can help with EN 1092-1 & EN 1092-2, ANSI B16.5, B16.47 standards. Connection standard for valve top flange is ISO 5211. Our products can be controlled with world standards API 598, ANSI FCI 70-2 as well as ISO 5208.

The high performance globe valve offers superior performance not only under high pressure and temperature, but also in applications where high velocity fluids need to be controlled and turbulence reduced. Thanks to specially developed internal components and design features, pressure drop is minimized during the routing of the fluid through the globe valve.

Noise and vibrations that may occur during the flow of fluid through the globe valve at high speeds are minimized by acoustic wave analysis.

Apart from standard steel or stainless materials; materials with different properties can be requested.
