Akvemtek Control Globe Valves are preferred especially for controlling fluid flow in processes. In standard globe valves, the outer body material can be made of cast steel or stainless steel; the internal parts may vary depending on the fluid type.
Akvemtek Control Globe Valve (globe control valve) is preferred especially in applications requiring precise flow control. This valve, which shows high sensitivity to pressure and temperature fluctuations of the fluid, exhibits a stable performance throughout the process. Careful optimization of the flow paths within the control globe valve reduces energy losses and ensures a stable and consistent flow profile throughout the process. Control Globe Valves are designed and used as soft seated or metal-to-metal sealing. Although stellite coating is mainly used in the seat part; different types of coatings can be used depending on the process and fluid.
Designs of Akvemtek Globe Control Valves are EN-12516, ISO 17292, ANSI B16.34, API6D; while face to face standard can be designed according to EN558, ANSI B16.10 or special size request. In connection flange; we can help with EN 1092-1 & EN 1092-2, ANSI B16.5, B16.47 standards. Connection standard for valve top flange is ISO 5211. Our products can be controlled with world standards API 598, ANSI FCI 70-2 as well as ISO 5208.
In High Control Globe Valves; according to the acidic value in the fluid; stainless steel and derivatives are selected as the right material and the valves are provided to work for many years.
Apart from standard steel or stainless materials; materials with different properties can be requested. Among these materials, some of the materials we can offer to our solution partners are Titanium Alloys (Titanium Gr.2, Gr.3, Gr.5, Gr.6, Gr.7, Gr.12 ), Zirconium Alloys (Zirconium 702, 705), Bronze Alloys (C95800, C95500, C95400, C63200), Nickel Alloys (Inconel 600, 625; Hastelloy B, B-2, B3, C276, C-22, C-4, G; Incoloy 800, 800H, 825; Monel 400, K500; Nickel 200, 201), Duplex Stainless Alloys (C95800, C95500, C95400, C63200), Aluminum Bronze and Ceramic Coated butterfly valves.
