Akvemtek Swing Swing Check Valves (check valves) work on the principle of preventing the passage of the fluid up to a certain pressure with the spring force applied in the opposite direction to the direction of the incoming fluid.

The designs made in the UK Engineering Office are manufactured in Germany, China and Turkey according to the capacity and processes, while all tests are completed in accordance with API or ISO norms and delivered to the end-use points.
Akvemtek Swing Type check valves are available in many material options such as steel, stainless steel, nickel alloy, titanium, Inconel.
While PTFE, R-PTFE, Viton, PEEK bearing products are preferred in standard Swing Check Valves according to the area of use; Titanium, Nickel or Stellite coated metal coated products can be preferred according to high temperature or corrosive fluid.

Akvemtek's design standards are EN-12516, ISO 17292, ANSI B16.34, API6D, while the face to face standard is EN558, ANSI B16.10 or according to special size request. In connection flange; we can help with EN 1092-1 & EN 1092-2, ANSI B16.5, B16.47 standards. Connection standard for valve top flange is ISO 5211.
