Special Ball Valves, also called Tailor Made Ball Valves, are specially designed and manufactured according to your process. Different valve lengths, special valve control systems, special sealing elements or special material products can be offered in these valves.
According to connection types; designs of our ball valves offering flanged or wafer options are made in accordance with API 609, EN 558, ISO 5752 standards. In Special Design Ball Valves; different materials and thicknesses can be used much more than the standard. In order to accurately determine these situations; design verifications are made with CAE simulations made by finite element method. Tightness tests of the valves can be performed according to EN 12266 or ISO 5208.

In Special Design Ball Valves; according to the acidic value in the fluid; stainless steel and derivatives are selected as the right material and the valves are provided to work for many years. Apart from standard steel or stainless materials; materials with different properties can be requested. Among these materials, some of the materials we can offer to our solution partners are Titanium Alloys (Titanium Gr.2, Gr.3, Gr.5, Gr.6, Gr.7, Gr.12 ), Zirconium Alloys (Zirconium 702, 705), Bronze Alloys (C95800, C95500, C95400, C63200), Nickel Alloys (Inconel 600, 625; Hastelloy B, B-2, B3, C276, C-22, C-4, G; Incoloy 800, 800H, 825; Monel 400, K500; Nickel 200, 201), Duplex Stainless Alloys (C95800, C95500, C95400, C63200), Aluminum Bronze and Ceramic Coated butterfly valves.
Special Design Ball Valves can be produced as soft seat or metal seat.
