PTFE / PFA Lined Valves (PTFE Lined Valve) are a type of valve that is coated with a special material generally known as PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) or teflon. PTFE has properties such as chemical resistance, low friction coefficient and high temperature resistance. The operation of these valves is based on typical ball valve principles; that is, it allows flow in the open state, but blocks flow in the closed state. PTFE coating covers the inside of the valve, providing resistance to abrasion and chemical protection.

In addition to all these, PTFE material creates an area with a low friction coefficient on the surface, which ensures less pressure loss of the fluid and energy efficiency. PTFE coated valves are preferred especially in processes where the friction coefficient must be low and in processes with acidic fluids.

PTFE Coated especially; It is preferred in metallurgical facilities, mining, petrochemical and chemical industries. These products, which we can offer as PTFE Coated Ball Valve, PTFE Coated Butterfly Valve and PTFE Coated Gate Valve, are especially preferred in processes where the corrosive environment is acidic and corrosive.
