In the past time, we are proud to have successfully delivered swivel joint, rotary joint and filling arm products to many different facilities such as paper industry, steel production facilities, power plants in Turkey.




Swivel Joint Connection Types

  • Flexible/rotating piping systems must transfer powders and granules, gases and liquids;
  • Gases and liquids must be injected into rotating plant components;
  • Hose connections must be stabilized against stress caused by bending or torsional forces or replaced with swivel joint scissors;
  • Due to extreme plant characteristics and/or increased safety requirements, a swivel connector is applied.
  • Swivel Joints are available in 8 different styles (10, 11, 12, 20, 21, 22, 30 and 31) which can be combined with 3 types of connection ends (threaded, flanged and weld ends). The appropriate combination of these styles can realize almost any 3D movement.

Akvemtek Igatec swivel joint is a critical connection element that offers flexibility and durability together in industrial applications. Thanks to its swivelling components, it prevents buckling and bending in pipe and hose systems and ensures safe transport of fluids under high pressure. Especially used in demanding sectors such as oil, gas, chemical, steel and mining, these swivel joints, also known as swivel fittings; It allows moving equipment to work in harmony with fixed connections, thus reducing the risk of breakage at connection points and extending system life.

Akvemtek Igatec swivel joint is manufactured in accordance with high safety standards thanks to its modular structure and use of durable materials. The bearing balls used in the products are of high quality and have high strength even in the most severe industrial conditions. In addition, Swivel Joint products are sealed with seals such as O-ring and V-ring, which provides resistance to extreme temperature, pressure and load changes. Akvemtek Igatec Swivel Joint Type F is our swivel joint for loading arms where food and pharmaceutical products need to be loaded.

The Akvemtek Igatec Joint – like all our food joints – is equipped with an axial seal to allow for optimum cleaning and dead spaces.

Akvemtek Igatec Swivel Joint Type F offers high load capacity, long life, durability and smooth rotation performance with double bearing structure. Akvemtek Igatec Swivel Joint Type F product's "Allows maintenance/changing of gasket without entire dismounting of swivel joint" feature allows gasket replacement or maintenance operations to be performed easily without the need for complete dismounting of the equipment, thus saving time and labour. Our Type F product is used for loading arms in the food and pharmaceutical industry. Our Type F product has FDA conformity. "Axial to minimize dead space", which is used as a sealing type in our Akvemtek Igatec Swivel Joint Type F product, provides flow efficiency and hygiene by minimising dead space where the fluid can stagnate. They are highly preferred rotary joint products  especially in  rotary joint products.
