  • Flexible/rotating piping systems must transfer powders and granules, gases and liquids;

  • Swivel Joints are available in 8 different styles (10, 11, 12, 20, 21, 22, 30 and 31) which can be combined with 3 types of connection ends (threaded, flanged and weld ends). The appropriate combination of these styles can realize almost any 3D movement.

TYPE HCR

Akvemtek Igatec Swivel Joint Type HCR is a loading swivel joint for aggressive chemicals such as concentrated hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid.

For this purpose, the loading swivel joint is designed with PTFE and has a leak monitoring feature. In this way, it can be checked whether the seals are worn or not. The sealing elements can also be in a redundant version.

Akvemtek Igatec Swivel Joint Type HCR offers high load capacity, long life, durability and smooth rotation performance thanks to its double bearing structure. Specially designed for use in corrosive chemicals (sulphuric acid, chlorine), this product is made of high strength materials such as 26CrMo4, 1.4571, stainless steel, C-Steel, low temperature steel and Hastelloy. Especially preferred in dusty environments, our HCR Type swivel joint product offers high performance for mining and iron and steel plants. HCR Type swivel joint product has non-flange connection type. Therefore, if threaded or welded mouth is requested; special modification is required in Igatec Swivel Joint product. HCR Type Swivel Joint product; It is a valuable product made of forged steel that makes Igatec swivel joint products different from other swivel joint manufacturers in the world.
