In the past time, we are proud to have successfully delivered swivel joint, rotary joint and filling arm products to many different facilities such as paper industry, steel production facilities, power plants in Turkey.




Swivel Joint Connection Types

  • Flexible/rotating piping systems must transfer powders and granules, gases and liquids;
  • Gases and liquids must be injected into rotating plant components;
  • Hose connections must be stabilized against stress caused by bending or torsional forces or replaced with swivel joint scissors;
  • Due to extreme plant characteristics and/or increased safety requirements, a swivel connector is applied.
  • Swivel Joints are available in 8 different styles (10, 11, 12, 20, 21, 22, 30 and 31) which can be combined with 3 types of connection ends (threaded, flanged and weld ends). The appropriate combination of these styles can realize almost any 3D movement.

TYPE SO-T

As Akvemtek Igatec, grooved ball bearings and leaky connection rotary joints are offered to our customers with special developments. Akvemtek has been; As the representative of the German company Igatec GmbH in Turkey and the United Kingdom, it offers Swivel Joint products to end users.

Besides carbon steel and stainless steel; Swivel Joint products made of special materials such as Aluminum, Bronze, Duplex Steel and Titanium are designed, produced and delivered according to the working conditions.


The 2 Ball Bearings in our Akvemtek Igatec Swivel Joint Type SO-T product reduce friction and wear while providing smooth rotational movement in swivel joints; lip seals protect the system by increasing sealing at high speeds. Our Type SO-T is designed to withstand compressed air fluids. Akvemtek Igatec Swivel Joint Type SO-T is used with threaded connection. Production can be made according to the material requested by our customers. Especially in facilities with high rpm value; Akvemtek Igatec SO-T Type swivel joint products are preferred. High engineering and precision manufacturing process is followed in SO-T Type swivel joint products with very special design and manufacturing.
