In the past time, we are proud to have successfully delivered swivel joint, rotary joint and filling arm products to many different facilities such as paper industry, steel production facilities, power plants in Turkey.




Swivel Joint Connection Types

  • Flexible/rotating piping systems must transfer powders and granules, gases and liquids;
  • Gases and liquids must be injected into rotating plant components;
  • Hose connections must be stabilized against stress caused by bending or torsional forces or replaced with swivel joint scissors;
  • Due to extreme plant characteristics and/or increased safety requirements, a swivel connector is applied.
  • Swivel Joints are available in 8 different styles (10, 11, 12, 20, 21, 22, 30 and 31) which can be combined with 3 types of connection ends (threaded, flanged and weld ends). The appropriate combination of these styles can realize almost any 3D movement.

Akvemtek Igatec swivel joint is a critical connection element that offers flexibility and durability together in industrial applications. Thanks to its swivelling components, it prevents buckling and bending in pipe and hose systems and ensures safe transport of fluids under high pressure. Especially used in demanding sectors such as oil, gas, chemical, steel and mining, these swivel joints, also known as swivel fittings; It allows moving equipment to work in harmony with fixed connections, thus reducing the risk of breakage at connection points and extending system life.

Akvemtek Igatec swivel joint is manufactured in accordance with high safety standards thanks to its modular structure and use of durable materials. The bearing balls used in the products are of high quality and have high strength even in the most severe industrial conditions. In addition, Swivel Joint products are sealed with seals such as O-ring and V-ring, which provides resistance to extreme temperature, pressure and load changes. Valve

Type T

Akvemtek Igatec Type T is our standard swivel joint for hydraulic applications with threaded connectors. It is radially sealed and has a 2-race bearing.

Some different threads can be installed in Igatec's Swivel Joint Product, such as G1/2" combined with G3/4". Designs 10, 11 and 12 can also be applied to flexible pipes with narrow installation dimensions.

Akvemtek Igatec Rotary Joint Type T product, which can be changed according to customer specifications; There is a wide range of materials for housing and seals.


Akvemtek Igatec Swivel Joint Type T offers high load capacity, long life, durability and smooth rotation performance thanks to its durable double bearing structure. NBR, Viton, PTFE and HPU options are optionally available as gasket material in our swivel joints. In our swivel joint Type T product, the sphere, ie bearing ball material is stainless steel. In our Akvemtek Igatec Swivel Joint Type T product, "perfect concentric run-out" reduces wear by keeping the joint on the axis while rotating and "easy handling" provides ease of use by providing easy installation and maintenance. Akvemtek Igatec Swivel Joint Type T has TA-Luft certificate and external dust sealing gasket. Dust sealing gasket ensures the use of our products in especially dusty environments such as iron and steel, mining, chemistry and cement.
