In the past time, we are proud to have successfully delivered swivel joint, rotary joint and filling arm products to many different facilities such as paper industry, steel production facilities, power plants in Turkey.




Swivel Joint Connection Types

  • Flexible/rotating piping systems must transfer powders and granules, gases and liquids;
  • Gases and liquids must be injected into rotating plant components;
  • Hose connections must be stabilized against stress caused by bending or torsional forces or replaced with swivel joint scissors;
  • Due to extreme plant characteristics and/or increased safety requirements, a swivel connector is applied.
  • Swivel Joints are available in 8 different styles (10, 11, 12, 20, 21, 22, 30 and 31) which can be combined with 3 types of connection ends (threaded, flanged and weld ends). The appropriate combination of these styles can realize almost any 3D movement.

Akvemtek Igatec swivel joint is a critical connection element that offers flexibility and durability together in industrial applications. Thanks to its swivelling components, it prevents buckling and bending in pipe and hose systems and ensures safe transport of fluids under high pressure. Especially used in demanding sectors such as oil, gas, chemical, steel and mining, these swivel joints, also known as swivel fittings; It allows moving equipment to work in harmony with fixed connections, thus reducing the risk of breakage at connection points and extending system life.

Akvemtek Igatec swivel joint is manufactured in accordance with high safety standards thanks to its modular structure and use of durable materials. The bearing balls used in the products are of high quality and have high strength even in the most severe industrial conditions. In addition, Swivel Joint products are sealed with seals such as O-ring and V-ring, which provides resistance to extreme temperature, pressure and load changes. Valve

Type W

Type W (Type W Swivel Joint) is our standard swivel joint. It is equipped with a radial seal. The bearing has 2 bearing paths for applications where high external forces or moments or very high pressures are involved. Standard bearing balls are made of stainless steel.

Akvemtek Igatec W Type Swivel Joint elements; Working pressures up to 1000 bar or high temperature applications in the low pressure range up to the vacuum range (exhaust from combustion processes) or LPG etc. It serves as the basis for customer-specific applications such as liquefied gas applications.

The seals and seat materials of Akvemtek Igatec W Type Swivel Joint elements, which can be used for various liquids, are selected according to the specification appropriate to your process.

Connections such as pipe nozzles or pipe elbows, threads and flanges are available. Alternatively, customer-specific connections can be established.


Akvemtek Igatec Swivel Joint Type W offers high load capacity, long life, durability and smooth rotation performance with double bearing structure. Akvemtek Igatec Swivel Joint Type W product has VdS and TA-Luft certificates. External dust sealing gasket is available in our Type W product. The ball material of our Igatec Swivel joint Type W product, also called swivel joint in Turkey, is stainless steel. We provide temperature resistance from -55°C to 250°C. Igatec Type W product is one of the most preferred products in Turkey. Type W rotary joint products; industrial rotary joint, loading arm and floating storage tank systems are products with particularly high durability.
