Sentenso FlowScale equipment; electric media flow sensor for maintenance-free flow rate scaling of free falling or fast moving particles in the main blast line. Suitable for all common mineral, organic and metallic media.

Designed as a robust steel housing with internal wear-resistant ceramic tube.

Reflections of irradiated microwaves are measured and evaluated for flow rate determination. The design and functional principle meet the increasing requirements for process reliability and lifetime. The sensor is set to the desired flow rate during commissioning using the control unit to be installed in the machine's electrical panel. If the set threshold for the desired flow rate is exceeded or not reached, the evaluation unit sends a digital signal to the system control.
